Your Career Tools Help Centre – Career Tools

The Help Centre is designed to provide you with complete self-service support. On your homepage you will see a number of categories matching the different options in your Career Tools menu.

Watch the video or read the instructions below on how to best use your Help Centre:

Using your Help Centre:

1. Click into any of the categories.
2. Click on the article you need help with

Alternatively you can use the Search Bar:

1. Simply click in the box that says "Search our Help Centre here..."

2. Type in what you need help with. For example "Adding a Student"

3. Click on the most relevant Help Article

Need additional Support?

Useful tips:
At the bottom of each page you will see a list of your "Recently viewed articles" and "Related articles", so its easy to find pages you have recently visited and other articles relating to what you're needing help with.

Any feedback is valuable for us, so there is a question area at the bottom asking - Was this article helpful. Simply Click "Yes" or "No"
