There are two ways a student can reset their password:
1. They can reset it themselves using the password reset link via the Login page.
2. You can set a new password for them in the Teacher Portal
Resetting the password themselves:
1. Go to the Log in page (via your school's Career Website)
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link
3. The student will input their email address and click "Send password reset email"
4. The student will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password. Please also check junk/spam folders for this email.
Set a new password for a student via the Teacher Portal
1. Log in to your Teacher Account
2. Select the "View Student" shortcut (tile) on your dashboard.
3. Click on the 3 vertical dots and press "Edit Student" icon (pencil)
4. On the righthand side of the page you will see the option to update their password. Input the same password in both fields (Password + Password Confirmation)
5. Click "Update Password" to confirm.
Note: If you use this method, you will need to notify the student what their new password is. The student will not receive an email with their new credentials (for security reasons). Please do NOT email passwords!
